Quality is the first thing doctors, chemists and partners ask about, and rightly so. These are the principles we work to.
- Careful sourcing. We work with manufacturing partners who hold the licences required under Indian drug regulations.
- Batch documentation. Each batch is supplied with its batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date clearly printed.
- Clear labelling. Composition, strength and storage instructions are stated on every pack.
- Proper storage and dispatch. Stock is stored and shipped under the conditions stated on the label.
- Listening to feedback. Any product complaint from a doctor, chemist or partner is recorded and followed up.
